Have all the conditions on my planning permission been discharged?

You can check which conditions have been discharged for recent applications online by clicking on the button above. Recent decisions and conditions attached to decisions can be viewed by searching under the property address.

For older applications, these are available on request via a query to planning@hastings.gov.uk. Not all conditions require a formal discharge, some just require works to be carried out.

If you are concerned that a neighbour has not complied with all of the conditions on their planning permission you can report a breach of planning here.
