You can report a breach of planning control by filling out an online form via the button above.

Your complaint will be treated as confidential. However if the matter goes to appeal or to court you may be asked to give evidence and we will not be able to withhold your details.

When completing the form your contact details are required as the council will not investigate anonymous reports.

If you feel unable to provide these details you will need to report the matter through your local councillor. Your Local Councillor will then need to provide their name as the complainant and will be the main point of contact on the case.
