If you wish to operate a premise (including a vehicle, vessel or part of a premises) for the sale or provision of alcohol, regulated entertainment or late night refreshment, then you will need to apply for a premises licence.
To apply for a premises licence you will need to complete the two forms below:

Every club premises certificate application is subject to a consultation period of 28 days. As part of this process you need to send a copy of your application to each of the other responsible authorities.
You also need to advertise your application on the site of the premises and in a local paper. You can find out more about why you need to do this and how to do it on our consultation page.
Fees
The cost of your licence will depend on a number of factors including the size of the premise. Find out how much your licence will cost.
The application process will take up to 8 weeks to complete.
