    To transfer your premises licence you will need to fill out the following two forms:

    • Application to transfer a premises licence
    • Consent of premises licence holder to transfer

    Once you have completed these forms you will need to send them to us. You can do this by scanning the two forms and emailing them to us. Or you can post them to us at:
