We know that renting a property isn't always the stress free experience it should be, problems can arise.

Fortunately we are here to help when they do. And even if we can't help, then we will likely know who can.

We provide free advice and assistance on a range of housing issues as part of our housing options service.

Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS)

HLPAS provides free legal advice and representation to tenants and homeowners who have received written notice seeking possession. A housing expert will work with the individual to identify what may be causing someone to seek possession of their home including, underlying issues, such as debt and access to welfare benefits, and recommend potential solutions: www.gov.uk/government/publications/housing-loss-prevention-advice-service-hlpas
