I want to carry out works to a Listed Building. What do I need to do?

Listed Building Consent will be required if you wish to do any of the following which will affect the character of a listed building:

• make internal or external alterations to the listed building
• extend or alter the listed building
• do works to buildings within the grounds of the listed building
