Hastings Borough Council Public Path Diversion Order
This consultation has now closed.
Have your say on the Public Path Diversion Order for the footpath outlined on the plan below. This order is made by Hastings Borough Council under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 because it is satisfied that it is necessary to divert the footpath in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted (HS/FA/14/00832) under part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, for the construction of a new road linking Sedlescombe Road North (A21) with Queensway (B2092), St Leonards.
Representations about or objections to this order should be sent to Jaspreet Lyall at Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY, before 8 March 2025
If no representations or objections are made, or if any made are withdrawn, Hastings Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
