Hastings Borough Council aims to provide a high quality service at all times but occasionally we get it wrong. When we do you have a right to complain and we want to know so that we can make amends and put in place improvements for the future.

Before you make a complaint it's important to try to focus on the key issues of the complaint to avoid confusion and to ensure it is dealt with as quickly as possible.
