Who we share your data with
We regularly share data with Sussex Police, and on occasions with ESCC Trading Standards, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, the Gambling Commission, and ESCC Highways. We will only do this where the law permits and will always inform you on the application form.
Your name may have to appear on a public register of licence holders. We will only do this where it is required by law.
