The purposes of the processing
Hastings Borough Council’s Active Hastings project is an externally funded physical activity promotion programme.
The information you provide enables us to report back to funders about the types of people who are attending our sessions (for example, the number of females, the number of people with disabilities, or the number of people from a particular area of the town). This information is used to evaluate the success of the project and inform future work. All information passed to funders is in number form and is anonymous.
Your personal data is also used to provide you with information about the activities that you have signed up to take part in, and to enable the instructors to provide safe and effective physical activity sessions that take account of your individual needs.
