Publication of Viability Reports

August 2018

The National Planning Policy Framework was updated in July 2018. Paragraph 57 of this document now requires us to make viability reports and statements available for the public to view.

Therefore, we will be reviewing all applications that we have not yet made a decision on to ensure that these reports are made public. All new reports received after 1 August 2018 will automatically be made public in the future.

Viability reports for current applications can be viewed using our Public Access tool. If you wish to view a report that has not yet been made available, then please contact us.

We are currently seeking legal advice as to whether viability reports for applications that were decided before August 2018 can be made available to the public.
