For an upward extension?
We have a number of forms that will help you decide if you need to apply for apply for prior approval for an upward extension.
The forms are available as editable Word documents and PDFs. The forms will ask a number of questions which you will need to answer yes or no.
If you answer 'yes' on any question then a full planning application will be required. If you answer 'no' to all the questions, then an application for Prior Approval must be submitted and approved before you can start work.
