Tree damage to private property
If a Council owned tree is causing damage to your property, you must first contact your home insurance company. They will investigate the matter and collect any evidence of structural damage to support any potential claim. These reports should be sent to us via email or else by post to:

Trees may be affected on land where development is proposed. Planning applications will identify where trees are situated on a development site and how they will be affected. Planning applications where trees form part of the development proposal are dealt with by Planning Services.
