Who manages the Council's trees?
The Parks Department manages and maintains the Council's tree stock. We are responsible for the management of trees on 550 hectares of public parks, woodlands and open spaces. The Council has a qualified Arboricultural Officer who advises both the Council and residents on tree issues and manages the tree maintenance contract.
All enquiries should be made to Hastings Borough Council, Parks Department 01424 451066 during office hours 8.30am to 5pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org
All maintenance work to Council trees is carried out by our external contractor Gristwood and Toms.
