What is a public register?
A public register is a published list of all licence applications received by the council. They display both current applications and those which have been approved and where certificates have been issued.
Hastings Borough Council is responsible for licensing in Hastings. As the licensing authority we have a responsibility to maintain registers on certain licensable activities.
These registers contain information about all of the licence applications we receive and approve. They are updated regularly and available online to the public.
