I want to report an accident or incident
Have you been injured at work or in a work place or has someone been injured in a place you're in control of?
The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 makes it a duty for employers and those responsible for work activities to report certain types of accidents that occur in workplaces. Workplaces included any place where a work activity is taking place e.g. a factory, a retail premises or a building site.
