East Sussex Welfare Reform Service
High number of enquiries
We have been receiving a high number of enquiries about the various government grants during COVID and with the increased cost of living. Because of this it is taking us longer than we would like to process claims and reply to emails. We are working hard to respond to all calls and emails within 12 weeks.
East Sussex County Council, in partnership with Hastings and Rother CCG, have commissioned and funded the Welfare Benefits Project.
The project provides Welfare Benefits advice to residents of Hastings, including advice on Universal Credit, all DWP benefits, housing benefit and council tax reduction.
You can call on 0333 344 0681 or email benefitseastsussex@harcuk.com
