I want to report a missed garden waste collection

Please use our collection day lookup to check you have the correct collection day before reporting a missed collection.

If your collection has been missed, you need to let us know by close of business the next working day.

You can report a missed collection on our online form between 8pm on the same day of collection to 5pm the next working day. This is the quickest way to report a missed garden waste collection. 

Garden bins need to be out ready for collection unobstructed at the front of your property, on the path next to the highway the collection vehicle uses from 7am (except The Ridge and Bexhill Road which is 6am) on the collection day.
