Play Forum & Youth Network, Play Development Strategy and Play Space Strategy

We want Hastings to be the best place to grow up for all of our children. This Strategy celebrates the value of Play and reminds us that everyone has a responsibility to ensure that our children enjoy the right to play.

The Hastings Play Strategy provides an opportunity to build on the foundations already in place to create a long lasting legacy of improvements for children's play opportunities within the town. The aim of this strategy is to ensure that consideration of children's need to play, becomes part of the strategic policy framework for all decisions that affect the planning and design of community services and public space in Hastings into the future.
