Stronger for Life

Active Hastings is working in partnership with Active Sussex to increase the provision of community strength and balance sessions. The project aims to raise awareness of the benefits of being physically active in later life and for those living with long term health conditions, and to support older people to increase their activity levels and 'Live Longer Better'.

Our Active Hastings Stronger for Life sessions include Move it or lose it, Qigong, Seated Strength and Walking Football.
