Who we share your data with

Your vehicle details and photographs of the contravention are obtained by our Civil Enforcement Officers. We share these details with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in order to obtain your name and address.

We may share your personal data with other organisations for the purposes of enforcement of the parking fine. This could include, but not be limited to, the Courts, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, the Traffic Enforcement Centre, enforcement agents and agents providing services to the council in carrying out its role in pursuing unpaid parking fines.
