Inspector's Preliminary Findings and consultation on Main Modifications 

As part of the Examination of the Development Management Plan, Mr Richard E Hollox BA(Hons) BSc(Econ) MPhil FRTPI FRICS, the independent Planning Inspector appointed to examine the Plan, has issued his Preliminary Findings which include his proposed 'Main Modifications' - these are changes that he currently considers are needed to make the Plan sound and help it proceed towards adoption. The Inspector  requested that the Council consult upon his preliminary findings and proposed changes in order that he may take any further comments upon them into consideration in preparing his Final Report.

The Council consulted on these proposed changes ('Main Modifications') between Friday, 13 February and Friday, 27 March 2015.  Copies of the consultation documents, together with all the representations received can be viewed on our online consultation system or from the following documents list:
