Electric vehicle (EV) charging points
Parking costs still apply while using the council's electric vehicle charging points. Please make sure you purchase a parking ticket to cover the duration of your stay.
As part of Hastings Borough Council's commitment to tackling climate change, we offer several electric vehicle (EV) charging points in our car parks. These aim to make charging your electric vehicle easier and help to reduce carbon emissions and improve air quality in the borough.
Below you will find a table with information on the cost for these points and how many are installed in each car park.

At times, the number of EV chargers available could be reduced due to damage or faults, please check Zap-Map before making a journey.
Parking charges
Customers using these points must pay for parking while charging their vehicle. There is a maximum stay of 5 hours in the electric charging bays. This will ensure that the charging point is available for another customer.
