Hastings stays online with upgraded free Wi-Fi network
Hastings' free Wi-Fi network has been renewed for another three years, giving residents, visitors, event organisers and businesses who are near to an antenna unlimited free access to a high speed Wi-Fi network.
The network is available for use along parts of the seafront and town centre through to the train station.
If you are close to an antenna just connect your phone or device by clicking on 'Hastings is online' in your available network settings.
Information on where the network is available , and how to get online, can be found on the Hastings Borough Council Wi-Fi web page.
Cllr Paul Barnett, lead councillor for Regeneration, said
"I am very pleased to be able to say that the free Wi-Fi network will continue to be available for a further three years. With help from a grant via the Welcome Back funding, the network has had an upgrade with faster speeds and an improved service to make using it for things like live streaming easier."
