Thanks to East Sussex Community Payback

The toilets at the Firehills in Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve have been repainted thanks to work with East Sussex Community Payback.

Work is also due to be done to improve the other toilets in Fairlight, at the Helipad, and then we will look to use their skills for other improvements in and around town.

Cllr Glenn Haffenden, lead councillor for community safety, said: "I'd like to say a huge thank you to the East Sussex Community Payback team for their hard work to improve the toilets, this has made a big difference to the facilities in the country park. Thank also to John Whittington, our Community Safety Manager, who worked with us in supplying the materials needed for the work."
