Hastings Embroidery tickets available now
Published 13/08/2026

Tickets are now available for the Hastings Embroidery exhibition this summer.
The embroidery was created for the 900th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings and is on display at Hastings Town Hall for the first time in many years.
The exhibition opens on Saturday 29 August and will be open for free from Thursdays to Mondays until October.
Cllr Julia Hilton, deputy leader of the council and lead councillor for regeneration, shaping place and community wealth building, said: “We’re delighted that the Hastings Embroidery is out on display again to coincide with the Bayeux Tapestry being at the British Museum. It is an incredible piece of work, covering 900 years of history and Norman heritage.
“The exhibition is just one part of our celebrations of the Year of the Normans, marking the anniversary of the birth of William the Conqueror. There are events happening across Hastings with a Norman theme and flavour. Find out more on the Visit Hastings website.”
You can book your ticket to see the Hastings Embroidery for free on Eventbrite now.
