The Bowskill Trophy is awarded by the Hastings Week Committee, a group of volunteers who organise events during the week of 14th October, the anniversary of the Battle of Hastings, to a group or individual who makes an outstanding contribution to Hastings Week. Certificates of merit were awarded to The Old Town Parish Bell-ringers and the Hastings Tractor Fish n Chip Run, with the winner being the new Hastings Week chair Reg Wood :- who didn't know he was the winner until it was announced on the night!
