Whilst the heading relates to 'annexes' the requests in the tables are much more generic.
For example a ' a new external building at a property for residential purposes' would include all new build homes whether it is a single house in the garden of an existing house or 50 houses on a piece of land.
We do not specifically categorise applications such that we can tell that they are annexes or conversions or that they fit the criteria detailed above.
