There are common activities that require licences or special permissions when planning an event.
The table below includes the most common areas that you will need to consider:

Charity Collections Street Collection Licence 28 days * Hastings Borough Council holds several Premises Licences. Where your event requires the use of one of these licences you are advised to contact 'eventsadmin@hastings.gov.uk' as soon as possible to discuss further.
** If your event would require an application for a new Premises Licence you will need to apply to the Licensing Team allowing a minimum of 3 months planning time. Please see our Licensing section.
