Booking process
All events that are undertaken on HBC land will need to apply initially using the event booking form.
This form will be received and assessed by Resort Services.
Once this form has been assessed and sent to other parties in HBC for comment the event organiser will be contacted.
For all new events a meeting will be arranged to discuss the initial proposal.
A date will be given for the submission of the draft Event Management Plan (EMP). You will be advised that the first draft Event Management Plan (EMP) is due 90 days before your event date, with a final version agreed 30 days before your event.
An EMP template is available for completion by an event organiser for small and medium sized events ideally.
Large events may need to employ a safety advisor to assist with the event safety management process and documentation.
