Event Control
Event Control is required for all large events. It should be constantly staffed during the event and provided with a telephone.
Event Control undertakes the following:
- Monitoring the event continuously, giving an early indication of any problems;
- Logging of all communications
- Control of any incidents;
- Directing resources to deal with problems.
- Provides the base for all multi-agency communications
