The council's Environmental Health team will investigate cases of poor cleanliness and unhygienic practices within a food business as well as look into the sale of food which may or has posed a public health risk.

If you wish to make a complaint about the quality of a product, rather than it's hygiene, or the level or service you received please report this to Trading Standards at East Sussex County Council on 03454 04 05 06.
