Safer streets fund

We have received the Safer Streets results and are happy to say we have been successful for the full amount for our bid of £473,396 for Hastings.
This sum will help the Safer Hastings Partnership to work with residents and business owners to tackle street crime, including the improvement of security measures for more vulnerable properties and local businesses. This includes possibly gating a small number of alleys, adding and supporting a communication system across the businesses in St Leonards and raising awareness of property security to landlords and tenants in the area.
