We are here this lovely February morning at Forecourt Community Center for the final session of our teaching assistant course, which started back in September.

All the guys on this course have been working towards their level 2 award in support work in schools so that they can support children and young people with their learning and development within a school setting.

Meet Tracy, our tutor who's been helping our learners every step of the way to qualify for their dream jobs. So let's have a look now that the course is coming to an end, what our learners thought.

One person said that from the very beginning we were all made to feel comfortable, welcome, and that Tracy was very encouraging about all of us passing and it was a supportive group from the get go.

Someone else said that the support was on hand at all times, and learning new skills and feeling like they were achieving something was the best bit
about the course.

And they all agreed that they felt more employable and that their confidence had increased since doing the course with Optivo.
