All CHART projects will need to take place within the areas identified in the CHART Local Development Strategy.

The CHART area is made up of the most deprived Lower Super Output Areas (LSOAs) (as of 2015) within five localities in Hastings and Bexhill containing a population of approximately 39,000. These are Sidley, Central Bexhill, Hollington, Central St Leonards & Hastings Town Centre and North East Hastings.

To check if you live or work in the CHART area, you can put your postcode into a mapping tool such as mapit.mysociety.org to find your 'LSOA name' and compare it to the list below.
