Our new Yoga for Men’s Health class is suitable for all levels and none. Murray, the class instructor, will focus on movement and flow, developing flexibility, strength and awareness. We will aim to challenge ourselves, without taking ourselves too seriously.
Murray is a lifelong yoga practitioner who continues to find joy and progress through regular and consistent yoga practice. Putting lockdown to good use, he gained his yoga teaching diploma in 2022.
All equipment is provided.
This course is for men aged 18+
