    Led by The Wonky Warriors

    A wellness session for beginners, restorative movement and suitable for any body.

    We connect to the nervous system and regulate through Somatic Movement. Yin Yoga holds poses for around 5 minutes with props to take this further and also improves flexibility, immunity, sleep and mindfulness. Finishing with a guided meditation in Savasana.
