Adult - Older peopleTai Chi Qigong is deeply relaxing and energising. The flowing movements are easy to learn, helping to connect body and mind in a natural way. It is an enjoyable way to improve your health and wellbeing.
It is also an opportunity to make connections with others. Practicing Qigong in a group brings a freshness and lightness to practice.
