AdultsStep aerobics is making a welcome return to BEWELLFIT. Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It has been around for decades and is a fun workout that works.
By stepping up and down and around a raised platform it helps to boost the heart rate and breathing, strengthen your muscles, reducing fat. It also burns calories making it an ideal way to maintain your target body weight.
Routines will be kept simple...no fancy routines...easy to follow.
