A strength-based workout for those who struggle to weight bear, stand for too long, or exercise whilst standing, but still want to build strength.To help keep this class going, the suggested ticket price is £3, however, if the cost is a barrier, we have different ticket options available.
The class will be led by Laura Martin from Allure Fitness, Laura is personal trainer and qualified exercise referral instructor. Laura’s priority is to ensure everyone feels as relaxed, comfortable and safe in all her sessions. Laura believes that health, fitness and exercise should be seen as a way of rewarding a body we appreciate and love rather than punishing one we hate.
Please note: From the road this venue is signposted Hastings United Sport and Social Club.

Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.

Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget.
We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford:
• £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session
• £2 – a lower price if money is tight
• Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits
The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them.See more of our Activity listings
