Pulmonary Rehabilitation Maintenance Sessions with Bexhill Breathers

Bexhill Breathers is a fun community group with the serious purpose of keeping people with chronic lung conditions fit & healthy through regular gentle exercise. Our trainers are fully qualified to instruct people with pulmonary and cardiac conditions.

We are also a support group and following each weekly session we offer tea, coffee & a chat. Grants from RVA, Active Sussex and Active Rother mean that we can offer all this for just £12 a month charged in advance. We'd love you to join our fun sessions at King's Hastings Centre every Friday from 27 January at 2.30pm.

It's easy to join us with a referral from a medical professional.

For more information please see Bexhill Breathers facebook page.
