***New venue for 2026: This class now takes place at Downs Farm Community Centre.
Join us every Tuesday, for a 90 minute session for a strength and balance class. Activities vary each week and include circuits, kurling, boccia and strength and balance exercises.
All welcome.
To help keep this class going, the suggested ticket price is £3, however, if the cost is a barrier, we have different ticket options available, including a free ticket.Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.
For information on getting active after surgery visit the NHS webpage ‘Getting back to normal’ call the Active Hastings GP Link Worker on 01424 451051.
Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget.
We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford:
• £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session
• £2 – a lower price if money is tight
• Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits
The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them.See more of our Activity listings
