AdultHey men do you struggle with your mental health? Do you struggle more in the evenings and at weekends? Do you dread being alone with your thoughts when the evening draws in?
Well, we are starting a new session with the support of Mind Brighton and Hove, as part of a positive initiative promoting men's mental health. We will be providing an evening walk and talk session for men on a Sunday evening from 9pm for more details check out our facebook events page.
These sessions will run on the 1st and last Sunday of each month unless otherwise stated on our facebook page or to sign up fill out our online form.
