Young peopleJoin Sarah from Siam Boxing Camp for our new Junior Muay Thai class for children aged 8 to 14.
Traditional exercises such as skipping, shadow boxing, pad and bag work are typical of traditional Muay Thai methods of training. These methods not only enable you to reach your physical goals but are set to challenge you mentally too.
Sarah encourages participants to focus on their own personal goals such as fitness, strength, stamina, confidence and self-esteem.
This session is supported by funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget.
We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford:
• £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session
• £2 – a lower price if money is tight
• Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits
The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them.Session provider details
