With Dance HastingsThese are fun, social dance sessions for adults with learning. communication and mobility disabilities Seated and standing options are offered throughout. Participants are encouraged to interact with each other at times. They are encouraged to help choose the music and to help to lead and contribute to choices of movements. We expect carers and support workers to join in too. These sessions are drop-in, but we ask for registration forms to be completed.
