For girls aged 12 to 16 years

Has this year's Women's Rugby World Cup inspired you to give rugby a go, then we are encouraging girls aged 5 to 16 to give rugby a try at Hastings and Bexhill RFC!

The training sessions are fun and friendly and are a great way to stay fit whilst making new friends. It doesn't matter if you have played the game before or if you are completely new, everyone is welcome.

There are so many reasons why girls' rugby is soaring in popularity; not only is it a great cardiovascular workout, but it also improves muscular performance and flexibility. It's a great sport to foster courage, teamwork and resilience and it's a great way to make new friends, that's why we are encouraging girls to give it a try.

Regular matches and fantastic social events.
