Older people - Long term health conditionsDo you have decreased mobility; do you want to increase your strength and mobility in a safe and relaxing environment? Then why not book onto our weekly chair-based yoga class.
This weekly class will provide you with an introduction to chair-based yoga, with Zowie from the St Leonards Studio.
All equipment is provided.
This class is for adults aged 18+
Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.

Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget.
We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford:
• £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session
• £2 – a lower price if money is tight
• Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits
The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them.See more of our Activity listings
