Adults - Older peopleDo you have decreased mobility; do you want to increase your strength and mobility in a safe and relaxing environment? Then why not book onto our weekly chair-based yoga class.
This weekly class will provide you with an introduction to chair-based yoga.
Karen from Yoga by the Sea will lead the class.
All equipment is provided.
This class is for adults aged 18+
