AdultUsing the concepts of boxing a typical class can use all the elements that a boxer would use to keep fit. Most classes involve partner work such as pad work, shadow work, skipping, shuttle runs, hitting pads, kicking pads, press ups and sit ups. Box fit is a challenging class and a great stress buster. It focuses on an all over body workout mixing cardiovascular training and muscular strength and endurance. It also helps to improve motor skills by combining boxing moves into a sequence improving reflex and mental skills.
