Older people - People with long term health conditionsWith Active Hastings and Point Break Tennis
Tennis at your pace! Walking Tennis offers a slower format of the traditional game by introducing simple rules to make it less physically demanding, easier to learn, but just as much fun. Perfect for people with health conditions that exclude them from the faster version of the game. These sessions are funded by the LTA and Hastings Primary Care Network.
Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
If you would like to come along for a taster session first, you can book one free session at the link above.
